They claim we are a physician run organization.
I once was a boss in my own little world, where there was only one or 2 obvious layers above me.
However, the layers above me keep getting thicker and thicker, and my position seems to move lower and lower, even though it is still the same position with the same title.
Am I going lower or are they building (breeding) in more layers above me, in between me and the top? I don't even know who to complain to anymore.
The answer is that they ARE creating more layers, and most of them aren't physicians. What are all of those people doing? And whose actual work / productivity is paying their salary?
