I am opposed to the email culture.
*********************************Email is a great communication tool, making communication easier, convenient. I am not opposed to this.
Email Culture is where email is used to replace its intended use, where it BECOMES a job, or a MEANS and METHOD for everything that you do.
Email is NOT a job and it does not produce a product.
Right now, in my organization, email from administrators to worker bees is actually ENCOURAGED! I am opposed to this movement.
If you waste your employees time reading your endless emails they won't have time to do the job.
