Highly educated and busy/ high productivity professionals who are in institutionally paid professions with traditionally held high ethical standards, can be controlled (demoralized) by the following methods:
1. place low level administrators (who have no real power) in CHARGE of oversight, policing and judgment and implementation of certain activities, such as:
- vacation time management
- work space environment (ie noise or privacy levels, technical equipment)
